I really like Glacier blue too, and had been thinking about trying to get it tested. Is it now approved?

Regular Olive is terrific too but at the end of the day I am probably going Irish Green. It just looks so outstanding on these 991 cars (Eduardo I know you hate Irish and thats ok as I am pretty sure we all disagree to some degree on the highly subjective topic of paint colors). GT Silver while not a PTS color is really outstanding on a GT3 and frankly similar silvers have always looked terrific on all Porsche vintages. I guess thats why so many get sprayed those colors LOL!

Now I am going to drive the crap out of my touring. It's not an investment really regardless of PTS. Once I get beyond this PTS BS adventure my focus thankfully will move towards driving and maintaining which is really the fun.... for me..."

TEXASCARLOVER, did your PTS get approved? I thought you were hoping for British Racing Green. My Touring is Irish, after much much deliberation.
Yes then No then yes again. Agony simplicity back to agony. high class problem. The way I understand it is Porsche re approved some PTS allocations that were during a certain build period. Luckily my build was within that window. And yes I originally had BRG. Then when my original PTS was rejected I bought an slightly pre owned (1700 mi) 991.2 Irish Green 4S Targa and just picked GT Silver for my GT3 allocation. I have come to love Irish Green very much as a result. I know I know - two Irishs'? That's too many even for Ireland LOL! Anyway there is likely a manual Irish green Targa with 3500 miles coming on the market soon.

Having previously owned a Nogaro Blue Audi S4, this would be the blue that I would get. Phenomenal colour. It is actually a pearlescent paint but you need to get up close to appreciate it.

I don't know. I just drove out to see it a few weeks ago on a 73rs touring and it quickly became my fav blue I've ever seen on a 911; prior to, I think it was MX.

That looks incredible. Wonder how well it would translate on a larger, modern 911 like the 991.

Are you sure that’s Glacier Blue? (did you get a pic of the color code)

Viola is a classic and rare. Plus it goes with gold really well.

I also thought it was lighter. Yes, I'm sure it's glacier blue. And yes I'm surprised at how dark it was. It does show a hair darker in the pics than reality but I was still surprise just as u r.

But google glasurblau 73rs. They come up this color.
