it depends state by state, some it's legal, some its in the gray area, some I wouldn't do it in.

Nevada aggressively goes after tax cheats. An anonymous communication starts the investigation, and turns into civil and CRIMINAL prosecution.

Good. Three years ago to the day, I wrote a check for $10,915.23 (funny how I can remember that off the top of my head) to put a Georgia plate on a used 991 GT3.

Why should I pay taxes in Georgia and he shouldn't?
