Have you driven a 575SA? Big heavy GT car.

Ive taken out numerous people at DEs recently; most are track day veterans who simply wanted a ride in my RS. All say the exact same thing upon exiting: “wow, what a machine”.
Get one, you won’t regret it.

I think you can be aggressive with your negotiations.

Even though this article is months old, it makes sense.

Prices will remain or rise on the 3RS look at past history it's a special track focus car they don't depreciate unless there is a story. Final stages of NA Porsche it's as blue chip as it gets. i remember all the old Viper guys saying the last Vipers will be at 100k in no time - they are now at 200k and good luck finding one.

150K would be worst case scenario; mileage, heavily tracked, accident etc. From what's on AT now, they is an abundance of .1 GT3 RS in that upper 225K range with one at 207K and 205K. The dip is occurring.

"I see 991.1 RS values firmly dropping into the $150-$225,000 range as the 991.2 GT3 becomes available. It’s higher track performance and greater curb appeal may allow the RS market a relative premium over the 991.2 GT3, but I don’t think any reasonable person would spend an extra $100,000 for one at this point."

Relative premium - look at an older GT3 vs older RS.

That’s the frankly astonishing part. There is no shortage, there is only holding power but little movement.. prices are sure to go down because supply/demand always catches up... and the supply can only increase. There are many more multi-car collections than there used to be, and at some point, people like to swap out cars, or just decide that hoarding isn’t actually that much fun. I don’t know if i should say prices “should” come down or “will” come down?

From what I've seen during my search, 997.1 and .2 GT3's prices are still trying to maximize value mostly b/c dealers are gouging as much as they can. Here, RL's are staying sub 100K.
997.2 GT3 RS's seemed to have stabilized but I would expect things to change once enough 991.2 GT3's fill owner's garages and the tracks.
