GMG’s Signature Center Section Exhaust - 991.2 GT3/RS
The same signature sound from your 991.1 GT3/RS on the new and improved .2 GT3/RS . The conical section where we go from 83.5mm to 100mm where we get our signature sound is available for the new generation. This design originated for the 2014 991 GT3 system we devised in 2013. The grade in which this section steps up to 100mm, along with the added air volume in the balance tube system are both huge factors in our signature sound. Have a listen below:

We should have sound clips within 2 weeks as we just shipped out a Center Exhaust to Colorado as well as the first car here in So Cal lands in San Diego Oct 25th, which we will be using for further product development. Then a Chalk colored unit is being picked up at the PEC in Atlanta Nov 5th and driven right to our shop for the new WEC Harness bar and Center Section exhaust.
We will keep you posted with sound clips, photos and installation updates.
Cheers,

Hello James. I am thinking about the GMG vs SW center exhaust if and when I get a .2 GT3. Big thing for me is no drone. Would you please comment on this for me with your exhaust. Thanks.

Had SW on GT3 and went with GMG on RS. GMG is much louder and more Cup like. I love the GMG piece.

Matt also made a great in-car video of the exhaust.

Our center section does not create any drone but what it does offer is a great combo of OEM type sound with the sport button left in stock mode as well as an amazing sound when you unleash the car in sport mode......it's been a great seller for us since we first brought this product to market back in 2007 with the first 997.1 GT3.

James,
The product looks great.
Since you've had the car on the lift - can you comment on any changes in the suspension.
I also heard that there was some modification to the way in which the caliper pistons operate.
Thanks

I have the GMG Center Muffler Delete on my car. There is no drone. Wide open, this exhaust is loud and I love it. I could not be happier with it.
