Thoughts about Rear CF scoops for .2 , group buy
So there is a tremendous amount of brain power on this forum , with a ton of contacts
I have Reached out to a few carbon fiber manufacturers to see about their ability to replicate rear hood scoops in CF for .2 GT3
No luck yet but it's early
And if anyone has any contacts in this industry or owns a business that could help us replace the chinsey looking rear scoops
Any others interested ?

I like the idea but how much CF is enough and when does it become too much? The .2 has a lot of black satin that could be done in CF. Interested to hear other member thoughts on this.

I have been thinking about this. I am torn between gloss black for the front and rear air scoops and CF. GB would match the door handles and mirror lowers, kind of thinking it would be more tasteful than CF; but I do love CF. Side skirts in GB or CF could be a plus.

How much are those scoops? I might buy another set and get them painted to match the body color.

Good point. There is a lot of black satin. I would either switch all or none of that to CF, (other than the lower mirrors, wing endplates, and rear scoops, which I plan to paint back to body color like the .1 GT3)

Has anyone contacted Getty Design?
They made carbon pieces for my ‘07RS awhile back. I did have to send the stock part for them to duplicate in actual cf. Nice work.

You can try www.carbonlution.com I know they replicate oem parts or cover in carbon, I have couple Porsches done by them.

MA Carbon does some really nice stuff as well. I am sure they would be up for manufacturing some. If I had to guess TechArt will have them available before long as well. All options are going to be pricey I'm afraid.
