Default Need help -2015 GT3 Price Analysis

Unfortunately not lucky or privileged enough to get a .2 allocation so will have to settle for a .1 for now. I would like the input from those of your who recently purchased/sold their 15s and 16s.

The car I'm looking at has been CPOed previously and up for sale at the same dealership that sold it brand new and the second time. Driven less than 1200 miles but two owners. Sticker is $143K. Dealer has it listed for $149k which I don't think it's worth. What is a 'fair' price to pay?

TIA.

7-10% below MSRP. NO ONE is paying over MSRP for a .1 GT3.

i am not saying the price should be less, but I would wait till the new year, you will see these .1 cars drop rapidly. Its only a waiting game until many .1 owners get their .2 cars that you will see pricing hold.

With the options, the list price seems to be close to MSRP if not more.

Yes wait til next year when prices drop rapidly....then hold off and wait again because prices are sure to drop the following year....huge plummet in 2020 for sure so maybe wait until then....all that time of enjoyment....what’s it worth?
