This thing has been great and does the job perfect. Good luck.

Matt did a video on that unit that you might want to watch before you purchase it.

Like Matt I too have been though a lot of equipment. I ended up with the higher power and turn it down. Hes correct that the 1122 is the one and I would suggest you get his package and forget about all the trouble of going though what I have.

In all fairness I did mine before Matt was doing this.

Kranzel 1122TST for sure. Do your homework....it can be found online at varying prices. You will want to add the Stubby handle however (I never use the long wands).

German quality....like your Porsche

Thanks for all the input. At this point, I can't imagine spending that much on a pressure washer to wash my cars. May have to rethink things.

Anyone use a foam cannon with just a hose, rather than pressure washer?

Default Kränzle rules

Comment from Germany: Kränzle is Porsche in terms of pressure washers. Build pro-sumer and pro devices only, no DIY-store crap with toy pumps. Comparably small company but estabsished among car enthusiasts. They do offer also pro-sumer grade devices with three phases electric motors, which at least over here in Germany is quite unique in this segment. (Of course not necessary for car-washing only, but nice not having to borrow the beast all the time as most guys are lacking the three phase power socket )
No personal affiliation here, just my 2ct...

As an alternative - I find that waterless car wash spray like the green Griots stuff works great. No substitute for wiping the dirt off with a towel. But I suppose it's not as much fun!

http://www.homedepot.com/p/Simpson-M...SABEgJ0l_D_BwE

It's a Simpson mini brute to, electric pump with a diesel fired hot water heater., Pressure is under 1500 which I think is fine for cars although I have a big 4500 psi gas powered for the heavy heavy work

This is what I've been using as I actually like warm to hot water when I'm washing a lot of my equipment, I never thought I get as good of a wash with cold water. Price is right and it's been going strong, I looked at Krazel but The heated models were way too bulky....

My brother lives in Germany and he says that Karcher also has a nice pro Sumer models that are popular, bigger company.

Thought Matt's video on the Sunjoe was fair and objective.

Based on how often I wash cars and where pressure washers fit in my value system, I would go cheap -- like a 22 yr old...

I lived with the hose and foam cannon for a while before I gave into the inevitable and ordered the system from Matt.

I did that for a while before I bought my big box store pressure washer. Weak foam at best, simply lacks the pressure required to drive the air/soap mix from a foam cannon. Perhaps better than nothing but certainly doesn't compare to a foam cannon hooked up to a pressure washer. I also get better foam through the Kranzle than the big box pressure washer. Tells me pressure is more consistent and truly what it should be.

Youtube foam cannons without pressure washer.
