I agree 100% with everything the OP said including his reference to Andy! CJ and his team are absolutely setting the bar for other dealerships to follow. Fortunately for CJ and team I highly doubt the others will be able to reach it because they're approach is so unique! Just keep your eyes peeled on all the unique inventory he comes up with. His extreme focus and dedication are very visible in the dealerships all the way through service. Just watch how that focus and dedication (along with the tiny bit of talent he has () , shake out in LeMans!!! It will be a special treat for all of us to watch!

yes it is - equally as talented and focused especially as it relates to his past military activity for both the British and American forces!

Yes, I do think Porsche listens. Just look at how they responded to the Concerned Owners Group.

Nice to read a positive dealer experience for once around here. There's certainly not many Porsche dealers who would be willing to flip a paint to sample 911R for free, especially when PCNA frowns on it so heavily.

Does anyone know how many new cars Fresno sells each month? They seems to be the go-to dealership for all the GT cars in the US.

It's awesome that he made it so easy to do from the east coast!

I was hesitant because it seemed like such a hassle but maybe I shouldn't be..

Well, too many bristles, I guess. But hey, he can do some pitching with the Grizzlies. 😂

But back to main topic - yes, glad to read about such an outstanding dealer

AMAZING!

Thanks for posting so the rest of us can see firsthand what great dealer experiences can and should look like!

I am impressed how CJ and his team are involved here and back it up with action!

Personal interest by owners / principals making sure customer service is a top priority always shows through. Rare in car industry. So cool to see that CJ is imparting his values on the stores. Great job.

He gets props for posting here regularly and acting like a real human being. I already mentioned in another thread when I buy again it will be from PORSCHE FRESNO.

I never bought from CJ, but i find interesting to see how a car business can grow. Knowledge and value to relationships, based on what I always read. But one thing I know - competition, especially in SoCal, is making it easy: clueless workforce mostly trained to sell Macans and Panameras at high prices to new wealth, mercenary practices and short term focus, no value to car enthusiast clientele, recommendations, etc. stars are aligned. Go for it CJ. And kudos to OP for taking the time - it is always easier to write negative reviews.

Yup, unlike most stealers in So Cal who focus on trying to extract maximum blood from their victims, CJ focuses on the long-term relationships which will be there even in the downturns. The way that sales people ask his a function of how the dealership ownership/management strategy. Good guy dealers like CJ know that and set the right environment/encouragement for their sales people.
