Deviated stitching gets no stripe.
My Lichtgrun GT3 has acid green stitching. No stripe.

Yup. There was never a change. Well, I guess the change was offering deviated stitching. If you got deviated stitching other than red (or stock grey), no stripe. We had it figured out pretty early on in another thread. And people did stuff like Bordeaux stitching just to get rid of the stripe.

Got it. I had searched and this was the thread that popped up, which had me confused.

I have the Bordeaux DS because my better half said to get it. The stripe delete was a pleasant surprise when we opened the door.

this is correct. you had to go bordeaux to get red stitching without the stripes. i LOVE guards red deviated stitching and was pretty ticked off that i had to spend the extra money to get rid of the awful stripes.
