Poll: Did you pay ADM on GT3 purchase

I am coming from BMW and going to be a first time Porsche customer who really wants to get the next GT4.
Can someone post or message me the dealerships that they got the MSRP or below MSRP deals from. I would really like to start to build a relationship with a dealer like I did with my previous BMW purchases.
I have a couple of deposits but nothing states that they will do MSRP and everything I've read on here points to around a 20K ADM.

Buying unwanted car at MSRP in a hope that you may get GT car at MSRP = Stupid move. You already paid them and they can screw you over again in trade-in. You are literally paying them $$$ so that they can get you by your *****.

Pick a dealer, pay ADM, pay discounted price on the lesser cars you want (not the ones you are forced to buy to build a relationship), hang out at deale events, call it a relationship. Everyone is happy.
