They only had one lap to go around and set a 7:03 time. Under perfect conditions the car can do a sub 6:52 time (Performante lap time).

They have another crack at it on Friday, for 15 minutes I believe. If the weather doesn't behave they'll return in August to try again if they can raise another $50,000. Hoping they get a legitimate chance to set a time.

The GT2 RS will beat the Huracan's suspect time imho. I just hope they do a full timed lap this time out so there are no naysayers.


If memory serves the last GT2 RS time was a time pieced together from two different lap runs. The car is a beast and I'm sure it will be near or at the very top of the true production car list. Can't wait for September...
