The new BMWs are for the birds.

Yeah we’re talking the same language. If I had the garage space, I’d pick up a 6MT E39 M5 or E46!

I have a lot of cars, and the X5M is by far the one that gets the most use. It performs like a real sports car, it's super comfortable, tons of cargo space, and it is fun when you push it hard enough.

Why even buy the X5M if you're going to compare it to an E39 M5, let alone a 911? Completely different product, for different market. Compare it to an ML63 or a Cayenne and that's where you really see how much the car shines.

To say it bores you "to death" sounds like a stretch intended to pander to Rennlist psychology.

it was an impulse buy. I thought I wanted all the room and speed, for which this car does very, very well. but after 2 years of living with it, my priorities have changed--I've realized that, after owning a 911, that my preference is small, lightweight cars. not a 5000 pound ballistic missile. I want to drive a 911 every day. and once I find the right one for me, I'm trading in the beast. life is too short

Daily driving people mover. Fast, cheap to operate, and the doors are awesome for ones with little kids. Wouldn't bother with the Falcon Wings if I had older kids or was just hauling adults, though....

White "vegan" interior even stands up to the torture from this little terror!

LX570 (Land Cruiser) ... Land Cruiser / GT3 / M3 are my icon vehicles since I can remember. Have had 80/100/200, will probably go back to Toyota flavor for 300(?) as Lexus versions have become too pedestrian as of late.

Love the Golf R. It feels every bit as good as my S6, but more fun on a windy road!

Yes! I have a '16 Land Cruiser. Love it more than I thought. The new Lexus looks like some bizarre alien space ship. I like yours a lot. The LC has pedigree, is rugged, comfortable, and reliable. Plus in LA, it's a breath of fresh air from all the Range Rovers and G63's which unfortunately have gained douche status hah. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have a G63, but wasn't going to pay double the LC to have it.
