Hello MoeGT3,

This is your club right?
http://www.porschegtclub.com/events
Please let me know when you update the calendar.

Guys, maybe point me in the right direction, I haven't visited UAE before..
Only a few days there and need to keep wife happy (This is her birthday trip) and a day for work.

Do you think this is fun to take my wife on a ride to take in some scenery?
http://www.porscheclubuae.com/event/details/240
If so I will ask them if a Porsche is required and rent one if that is the case.

Have you guys used any of these 2 rides, seems like a tourist attraction but I am fine to just drive on either track to get a taste of the track.
Dubai: http://www.dubaiautodrome.com/experiences/
Yas: https://www.yasmarinacircuit.com/en/experiences/
Unfortunately both are only available one day while we are there; September 30 after 5PM.
Should I choose the AMG (one our rental??) at Yas Marina because I fit in it and I see Yas Marina on TV so it would be cool to have driven it.
Would it be a nice trip to take my wife to Aby Dhabi for a day, rent the AMG hour thing and drive back to hotel in Dubai?

I did a Radical trackday in 2013 with these guys: http://www.auhmotorsports.com/radica...cal-track-days
at the Dubai Autodrome. It was well organised, all safety gear and the cars incl. some coaching provided. It was also an evening session so it added a bit of extra fun. The only downside was driving standard, you basically overtake everyone and some people do not like being overtaken rolling around in their expensive machinery🤐

Yas Marina booked for an AMG GT ride.
Thanks to Zulu Alpha learned that it's connected to a mall and near Ferrari world, the 2 places we had to visit so AD can be done in a day and back rob dubai

Not sure how long or how many laps and if they let you drive your own speed but it will be fun to just have driven it.

Dubai Motordomo I may just visit one evening if the boss let's me.
Only 4 days there so just getting a lay of the land :-)
