common..lol

How the 1.RS was one year run? Starting 2015 ...

The last time I saw, the GT2RS was 6 months and GT3RS.2 was one year production (it might be changed by now...)

I do believe that the 991.1 GT3RS was a MY 16 in North America.

i agree Martin for NA and ROW.
for EU it will be not be possible to register them after 01.Sept.18 without Euro6c.
Trust me I handled already to many registration topics about emission... hopefully Porsche does find a way to make the 4.0 engine Euro6c. And therefore they need a complete other setup / or at least a slightly different setup together with a particle filter for lower nano particles.
explain how, as you wrote, a particle filter should apply to a non diesel engine as the .2GT3 RS engine

I'm really hoping this isn't a limited edition 918 special. I've made it clear to my dealer that I want one and will trade in my current RS which I ordered for a new one. However, I suspect everyone is thinking the same!

If it is numbered and limited 'ala 4.0 RS, and made as a send off for the 991 generation.. it only bodes well for other 991 RS owners.

Actually getting tired of chasing latest and greatest.

Starting to to think more about retirement and my log cabin home in my plans in SC

.1GT3RS is more than fast enough for me and more than too fast for public roads

I'm just waiting for the GT cars to go to turbos or hybrid so I can be done as well. Then I'll focus my hustling efforts on a CGT.

I am headed there too. Either consider a Mac or just keep what I have. Porsche is becoming not worth the games

Holy moly... I might have to trade the GT2 for this and boy... if it is true.

So will there likely be 2 versions of the .2 3RS? It must cost quite a bit to develop a 4.2 and only put it in a few cars.

[QUOTE=jo_ker;14416051
for the 991.2 GT3RS i guess based on the short production time just around 2000-2500 units ww.
of course the american and ROW units could be built also after 01.09.2018 - which i included in my over all units guess.
[/QUOTE]

If they would do 2000-2500 .2 GT3RS, how come they could ever build more GT2RS than that ?

numbers above were just guessing of course.

i see at the dealers in EU - they do have maybe +20% of the GT2RS allcations.
GT2RS allocations i do belive what AP said and what i guess with 2.000 units ww.

All seems pretty quiet on the .2 RS front. Euro dealers supposedly will see something next month.
