Going to try and change out my Disk and Pads
 
2014 Gt3 I have done my 993 many times any
tricks or gotchas on doing Disk and pads on the Gt3 ?

Has anyone found an affordable brake rotor for the 991.1? 997s are affordable but it's hard to find any for the 991.1

this is pretty much the best you will find. ($140 for each front rotor, rears are usually much cheaper, even though they are the same exact size). All the companies know that your fronts wear much faster so they triple the price of the fronts and change them ever so slightly so you can't interchange them with the rears.

Rears are not the same size. They have one dimension the same, diameter, 330 mm, but the thickness is very different: 34mm front, 28mm rear. Not the same at all.

hmm the brembos i just purchased are same thickness for front and rear, 28mm. I think the sebro's i was looking at are the same as well. Maybe there are higher performance ones that are 34mm thickness in front? I looked at every single detail on the spec sheet the only difference i found was 6mm height difference (69mm vs 75mm)
