Hi , im hoping someone could signpost / guide me to a ECU pinout diagram for a Boxter 987.2 2.9 2009, The issue is that the ECU is not opening a earth / ground for the Engine control relay, and ignition . ( Loads of engine related fault codes and no start) This has been diagnosed by a auto electrician and the relevant cabling checked and proven to have continuity. A workaround has been created by fitting a relay to supply the required ground to the ignition activated by the vehicle ignition. wow Vehicle starts and runs as it should , all faults cleared. However this still leaves a ECU defect. Hence id like to identify the relevant pin so this info can inform electronics engineer to assess its pathway and connections.
