Default What's in the Premium Package Plus for 2015?

Looking at a 2015 Boxster base. Build sheet lists P9D, Premium Package Plus.

Can anybody tell me what's actually in that package? I assume these packages change from year to year, so what's listed for the 2017 may not be accurate...

I haven't laid eyes on the car yet, local dealer found it for me.

The premium package includes most of the good stuff. The biggest advantage of premium plus is entry and drive (leave key in your pocket). There is also some special interior lighting but the not having to ever touch the key to drive the vehicle is the biggest advantage.

What it includes for sure is 'entry and drive', which is keyless ignition. Or in this case, no need to get the main key from your pocket, because the ignition still has a key, but a permanent 'dummy' one. You can also lock the car from the outside by touching a button on the door handle, and car unlocks automatically when touching the handle to open a door. I really like that feature. Porsche keeps changing features every year, so not sure if it includes anything else. I'm almost sure it only includes that on my 2016, over the premium package, but only searching for both would tell you exactly. All in all, a feature that should be standard IMO, but I ended up paying like $1,050 for it, if memory serves me right. I really wanted it, since it retains the simplicity and 'old-schoolness' of keyed ignition, but without the hassle of having to find the key for everything. A must, especially in a used car, where you'd hardly pay anything extra.

Thanks guys. The E&D is what I was mostly wondering about. The 2017 packages say it's included in the 'Plus'... but my dealer said it isn't on the 2015s. I think the dealer is wrong.

I have E&D on my Cayenne and have gotten SO used to it... it'll be nice to have it on the Boxster as well, assuming this deal works out.
