Unless you guys post where you're located, the discount percentages are somewhat meaningless, as they can vary greatly by market.

I built the car on the Porsche site, took it in to the dealer and 7% was knocked off the total (I never saw dealer cost/factory invoice if that's what you mean).
I'm in the midwest.
I hope this answers your question.

I am in new Jersey. I am going to give as much info as I can. My deal is 718 cayman s Msrp $80,515. That's the total on my lease agreement that I signed. They want a deposit before they order it non refundable, which is fine even though I told then I never had to do that.I told them I will be leaving a deposit next weekend after I figure everything out. On the agreement all it says is $80,515msrp which it is with 13 k in options
Doc delivery $ 220
Filling fee $143
Clerical fee $136
First payment $1040
Online nj Motor vehicle fee 7.70
State title /regarding $399
Tire tax 7.50
Sales tax upfront n/a(told them roll it in)
Upfront tax ,n/a
Cap cost $46.80
Documentary fee $499
This is a 36 month lease with 7,500 miles total due at signing is $2000 including 1st month payment.

If I am right selling price was $76,489.I was told 5% off and monetary factor was .00100 $1040 is monthly payment with 2k total out of pocket. The new guy (newbie) wants to thank you guys for the help

Dice, I would simply ask them the full invoice on the car and see what they'll do relative to that. If 5% off MSRP comes in at around invoice to 1-2% above invoice on an ordered car, you're doing OK. I never work backwards from MSRP. Also, in PA I paid a doc fee of $499 or something like that - but that was it. Filing and clerical fees are BS. I wouldn't pay them. See what they come back with. Good luck.

Nice car phil!
Everything I posted above is on the paper I signed filling fee,Clerical fee and doc delivery all added up to the 499 documentary fee, that all was on left side of paper.

On the right side of the paper it says if a lease the following applies and and everything is there I listed is there so the doc fee was charged once for 499. 220+143+136 add up to the 499.

One of you porsche guys must know invoice price on 718 cayman s with the options I want, posted on my other thread. I bet my deal is 2% off . I know I read somewhere a while ago invoice is very hard from porsche.

Got it. If your deal is 2% over invoice, you should be doing OK - dealer should be able to provide that information for you.

I got 3.5% off MSRP as shown on Porsche site "build your own, etc". No other costs. Portland, OR. Lowest price in PNW, others were 2-2.5%
