Wheel well after you remove the liner. There's one in the front as well. If you look in the manual or google it, you should be able to find more details. The loose end in the wheel well is just a loop to pull (pretty hard) to release the latch. Useful if no power or bad circuit/solenoid.
The glow in the dark handle is inside the trunk in case you get kidnapped and stuffed in your trunk.
