I agree with Henry - it has the sweet spot of usable speed on the street. I bought a 2015 Turbo S last summer. It had the wow factor especially speed. But after a few months I realized way way too much speed for a daily driver (for me). It is such a highly evolved car that is supercar in stats, one has to go 120mph for the thrill you can get going 60mph in a Spyder. I am selling my Turbo S. I am not a track guy; I am a roadster oriented driver. Spyder has plenty of speed for me.

Spyder probably is in the sweet spot of what is usable on the street. I could actually use bit less power; but, shorter gearing, higher red line, reduced weight by about 200-300 lbs and peak power near the red line.
