Thanks guys.
I got a new map from Fabspeed this morning, but unfortunately was already at work. I'll remap it tonight and pull the plenum yet again if there are still error codes.
I'm getting really good at that - last time had it out and back in and buttoned up in under an hour!
The only air inputs, as far as I can remember are the throttle body, the hose on the top of the plenum and the side, and each side of the plenum where it connects to the intake. I believe I got those all sealed up.
Regarding the valve for the flapper - yes, that was working fine as far as I could tell. It moved smoothly through the range of motion.

Some more info for you guys....
I pulled the intake back off over lunch (pics shortly) and didn't find any vacuum leaks before doing so. However, I noticed that I was unable to move the throttle plate by pushing on the edge with my thumb. It seemed to be stuck.
As I was fed up with the car at this point, and frankly in a "f*** it" mood, I pushed harder until finally it "popped" and started moving normally. I could hear the servo moving at that point as well, which seemed like it's fine now. I'm wondering if the throttle body got stuck during shipping or something and the car was unable to activate it.
The car was running *extremely* rich before I pulled the intake - which makes sense if it's dumping fuel in and not getting any air due to a stuck throttle plate.
Going to reinstall it tonight and see what happens.

Ok, reinstalled the plenum (I'm getting really good at this...) and the car is purring like a kitten!!! Seems the stuck throttle body was the issue the entire time.
Putting the pro-tune on and going out for a drive. Woot!

Great news. Can't wait to hear your impressions. I'm doing the whole Fabspeed GT450 package in a couple of weeks. Can't wait!

Really transforms the car. The flat spot at 4500 is all but gone, and it just moves. Not TT power, but for such a well handling car it's about perfect.
And the guys at Fabspeed couldn't have been more accommodating through this process of troubleshooting. I will certainly spend more of my money there!!
Going to write a full review tomorrow.

I just got back from my drive. Holy crap, that's awesome. I don't like the cliche of "this is how they should have built it from the factory", but, this is how they should have built it from the factory.

Really looking forward to your review.
Be good to know expected hp gains and cost to get you this far.
These cars in standard form are fantastic, so with this set up must be....epic
Thanks for sharing, was feeling your pain when you couldn't get it sorted.
