So unfortunatly for personal reasons I cant drive a stick. My dream is to own a spyder. So my best option is a pdk gts right now. I stoll really love the front fascia of the spyder.

Is it wrong to buy the bumper and put it on the gts ? I don't want to be ricer

Wrong, Are you being serious? Unless you are trying to sell it to someone as a Spyder or stealing it, what's wrong about modifying your car to your taste.

Having owned a 981S and now a Spyder I can say that the biggest aesthetic difference are really the streamliners "humps" in the back. I kinda like the front spoiler of the GTS especially with a Red or Yellow colored car. But hell, if putting on the front spoiler makes you enjoy your car more, I'd say go for it.

If I'm allowed to put the GT4 lip onto my spyder then yes, you can put the Spyder bumper on your car. Just be aware it is NOT cheap to do so... all of the under cladding and brake ducting need to be changed out as well, and IIRC, the bumpers do not include the wire mesh when you order new from Porsche. There may be some miscellaneous ducting as well...

I actually really like the distinctive GTS front bumper, though. I wouldn't spend the money to convert it to a Spyder. Maybe the rear diffuser...

Sure if you have $12,000 to $15,000 lying around I don't see it being wrong. You're not slapping GT4 or Spyder badges on the car.

I doubt that plastic bumper is anywhere close to 15k. I don't know the difference between it and the bumper on my 981S but when I priced out my 981S bumper I think it was less than $1k plus paint installation etc.

Anything, a-ny-thing, is better than the stock front bumper on a GTS, so, yes, totally cool to put a Spyder bumper on there.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with modifying your car(s). Everyone has their own opinions on what's considered a good or bad mod but at the end of the day the car is yours so have fun with it.

I have my Boxster Spyder arriving next week and I'm already thinking about installing the GT4 side scoops!
