Hagerty Spring Tour in the PHX area today. A couple Spyders and lots of great cars. Started with a tour of an unbelieveable private musuem (collection) in Scottsdale including many classic Ferraris, Maseratis (including a birdcage), a 904 GTS, Jag C and D types, a 4 cam engine just sitting on an engine stand, and list goes on and on.
Ended at the Bondurant School were Bob himself was holding court...

I can never wrap my brain around some of these private collections. Our local PCA region has a "garage tour" every year where club members that have amazing collections (usually all Porsche, but sometimes a mix) give the rest of us mere mortals a peek inside their world. We're talking subterranean garages that hold 10+ cars, warehouses, you name it. You leave pinching yourself thinking all it takes is one LOTTO win!

Looks like your Spyder was in good company. The color of your car really makes it stand out from the crowd. Like all Boxsters, these cars really take to bright colors so well.

I had some pangs of missing mine... so I though I'd post two pics from an epic day

Interesting how this pale blue beetle would foreshadow what was to come...

Wow! Gulf? Wondering if the "Cloud Spyder" w/pepita seats that we all fell in love with had any influence on your GT3 color decision? Congrats!

That looks the business.

We need more pics, I’m sure no one will mind a few GT3 pics on your own thread :-)

Nice pics, Calexio - very brave to take your GT3 to these icy alpine (Swiss? Austrian?) roads right now! What winter tires have you mounted?
