These cars are a driving inspiration, we are all very fortunate to have one.
Agreed!

Cars and coffee north Scottsdale this AM. A little chilly at 6:45 with top down, 44F, but warmed up nicely. Nice ecletic group of cars... really nice pre A speedster- yeah, it's REAL... and I LOVE that Morgan parked next to me!

I almost bought a Pantera like the one in this pic, looking back I wish I had. I didn't own a home yet so I thought it was a stupid move.

I was in north Scottsdale over Thanksgiving. My, my, what a stretch of dealerships you have there along Scottsdale Road all in single-file. I started at one end and slowly walked down to the other end visiting I-don't-know-how-many stores. Rolls, Bently, Ferrari, Lambo, Jag, Maserati, Porsche, Audi, MB, BMW, Land Rover, maybe AM -- I can't remember. Glorious way to spend an afternoon outside, kicking tires and soaking up your great weather.

Suicide- assume you hit the Penske Musuem- best part of the lineup! Yep, LOTS of eye candy in that row of dealerships!

Yep. Great stuff! And a short distance away was a massive motorcycle dealership w/BMW, Ducati, Aprilia, MV, Vespa, Triumph, KTM, Royal Enfield (I see a Himalayan possibly in my future!), and on and on and on. Definitely got my 4-wheel and 2-wheel fix that afternoon.

Love to swing by Cosanti and gawk at the funky/primitive weathered brass Soleri wind chimes I've been collecting for decades - always a must stop for me when I'm in town!

The Orange Coast Region of the PCA normally holds its Auto-X events at a former marine corp air station (El Toro), but today the location was moved to Angel Stadium, which just so happens to be right across the street from my office. Cloudy skies and mild temps made for a perfect morning. A sample of each Spyder was in attendance -- 987, 918, and 981 -- although only the 987 was there to compete.

Hats off to the 987 owner for really driving the car. It is a frequent sighting at various club/car outings. Love to see someone getting maximum driving enjoyment from their Spyder

Merry Christmas to all Spyder fans from New Zealand. We have a couple of 987 Spyders in Auckland but this is the only 981. Awesome and a riot to drive. The red flowers on our Pohutukawa tree make it the NZ Christmas tree, blooms in December each year. All the best for a NA New Year!

Awesome looking car. Love the PCCBs and yellow stitching combo. What colour is that though?

Steve, thanks for the holiday wishes (and the horticulture lesson). Really great shot of your Spyder. You sure are in exclusive company down there.

All the best in the New Year
