A few pics from a Spyder Meet in Germany on May 16th. My SCG Twin Spyder sent them to me.

They so far have been communicative which is nice. Everyone there was all smiles and they offered beverages. Seeing I might move out there this Summer, I'll probably buy my next car for them.

Looks like you've had an amazing road trip.
Spectacular pics.

May be should have gone with the satin Platinium wheels though

LOL you noticed!!! Yep that is very true! Now I'm think PCCBs for the future Porsches. The Dust Really bugged me more than I thought it would. I guess the Torque Vectoring uses more Braking than I imagined.

It happens. I guess that's why we buy insurance. First claim I've made in my life. Just glad I'm alive, any faster and that chunk of metal might have killed me. Very random occurrence.

Bottom line, you got to take your car on a pretty amazing journey, If you drive the car enough you will get the occasional cut or scrape, But I much rather be out there playing then watching from the window.

Couldn't say it better myself! Honestly, my biggest concern is getting as much fun out of the car as possible.

I'll keep preaching. You want no dust? Use ArmorAll Wheel Protectant, now called 'Outlast'. Follow the directions carefully (apply it thoroughly, don't touch after application, and let the car sit overnight before driving) and you'll have no dust on your wheels.

Here's a pic of my car 600 miles after applying it to clean wheels. There is zero brake dust on my wheels.

4 sure.. Never buying one without.

Drove the 918 at road atlanta this week, and when I realized that those very same rotors were available on a gt4.. I was blown away. They felt adequate on the 918 hauling that4500lb beast down from 160 pm back straight.. I can't imagine in a 3000lb car like ours... And NO BRAKE DUST after the track day! Amazing.. Worth it.

There are three types of taillights that were offered on all the 981 models.

The base 981 and 981S had a standard all-red housing.

The 981 GTS had the tinted taillights (3 of the 4 cars pictured above have them installed).

The 981 GT4 and Spyder had the smoked taillights. Similar to the all-red housing of the base 981 and 981S, but a little bit darker. For the Spyder, the GTS tinted taillights were an option.

Here are some pics from our Arizona chapter PCA event Porsches to Prescott run last week (sorry it's been a busy week at work) . I must say that finally seeing the 981 in person I was even more impressed. I think it photographs pretty well but it is even more striking in person. Anyways, here are some pics.
