Ext. lights on 987 S won't turn off when the car is on.

All my exterior lights automatically come on whenever the car is running, no matter what I set the switch to. Is there an easy fix for this... such as unhooking the battery?

might be daytime driving lights ? - page 162 in the boxster manual... cheers !

Marker lights and tail lights are on too, so I don't think its daytime running lights.
