Where would one acquire those wheels? I'd love to fit the Spyder with wider wheels so that I may take advantage of wider tires. 265 from the factory is a bit undersized IMO when bumping the power.

If I were to sell, it would be a seriously sad day, only made easier by the arrival of a manual GT3. And if nothing works out garage-wise, I would try to sell as one, but would be open to removing engine mods as while it would take some work, they are easy bolt-ons which I can just reverse. Let's not talk about that for now.. plan is to keep and drive her.

Sure...

One is a 2006 749R with factory carbon fairings, adjustable steering angle and a bunch of goodies.. she's back to road use as she is just too slow and old and valuable to me sentimentally to track anymore.

The other is a hypermotard which literally has no stock parts on it. It started life a super-tuned race engine with bore and stroke and pankle rods and hotter cams and endless mods, then we found a frame and custom carbon bodywork and magnesium wheels and trick suspension and brakes and and and... it's my city bike..

My multistrada is in the shop.

The other one not shown is my Art Deco cafe bike project which has been in the works for 3 years. Completely custom engineered front end, again nothing stock on it except the ducati 999 frame and a monster 1000cc air-cooled engine.. after that it all went bonkers. Quad-front rotors, custom made single sided spoke wheels, aluminum bodywork... Currently finishing the tail., then goes to paint. I'm including some pics during construction of that one as well as what builder sent me today as he finished the seat pan.

Put the bikes is in the living room , fiancé can keep her car on the street problem solved
Seriously , having a gt3 is great an all but the Spyder is sooooo much fun to drive. Not for nothing not a fan of the 718 lines , the Spyder is perfect in every way

Modding the Spyder isn't really modding more like putting it back to its original self the way it was suppose to come delivered !

That's not the issue... the spyder is too low to get into the garage.. I have the room.

Thank you! That was my thought as well.. I never really saw the changes I made as "modding".. just, finishing as Porsche should have done were they not trying to artificially castrate it because of marketing position

Well, it's a lot easier to do when you're single! Otherwise, bikes in the living room can be a VERY tough sell unless you have a VERY understanding mate. This would not have gone over well when I was married.
