Is there anyway to turn off those stupid beady little daytime running lights? Can't find anything in the menu or the manual about how to turn them off.

987 or 981? On the US 987 there's an option on the menu after the "Clock" selection

981. Nothing on the menu or in the manual as far as I can tell, but I'm gonna check again today to see if it's buried somewhere. I went into the car/exterior lights settings, and the only thing it would let me change was the delay on the lights shutting off when you leave the car.

Not on the menu that I can see. I'm sure there is a way to turn off. However the dealer is extremely hesitant to do it. They may consider doing so might end up as a liability issue.
