Pretty sure it's meteor grey which was an available metallic color for 987.2 Atlas grey was available as a special color (not PTS). Not sure what "Sport adjustable suspension" in the ad is though. Cayman R has no adjustment. Nice looking car.

I love, but it is interesting they did all of the weight savings and then added full leather.
Good point. I guess I am more 'entranced' by the colour combination than the actual weight savings. This car is not what I would describe as a 'track bitch'. It's more set up as a great all around driving car IMO.
Different subject but it still amazes me the difference in prices between the 987.2's and the 997.2's. This is a STUNNING car, again IMO, that rivals in performance and drivability the 997.2 yet is probably 30K - 40K less than the equivalently optioned 997.2. That's a heck of a price delta to pay for the 'legacy' of the 911. Not dissing the 997.2, just sayin'...

Yeah so the few pounds it added mean so much as opposed to missing McDonalds a couple of time a week. People make such a big deal about this and yet rarely consider this might also be a daily driver for people.

I think it's fine.
I agree with you, I just thought it was interesting. I would love to have full leather, and PCCB brakes. My Boxster is my DD, so I completlyu understand the want to have the interior be as nice as possible.
What I don't understand is why you would add all of the options and not check bi-xenon's?

Often these cars are spec'd by the dealer and bought off the floor. I bought a 100k 987.1 for 44k that was a year old with 7k on the clock in 2008 ( economy had crashed) yet with 100k of Cayman S there was no PCCB's, PASM or PSE...let alone crests in the seat.
When we ordered my wife Macan it was a 47 page order book and even with countless hours online playing with configurations you miss things or over order.
