I have a storage lift in my garage, but I've never figured out how to get it up on jackstands on the lift for maintenance like this.
Those are rolling service jacks that came with the package I bought:

That is AWESOME. Thank you.

Given that I just bought a Miata, I may need to wait a bit, but christmas is just around the corner.

Poster is temporary for now. Might get something fancier later.
What did you use to mount the Spyder poster? I'm going to assume the other side of the poster was not damaged. I'm trying to figure out how to mount mine without damaging one side.

Yes. Foam board mounted and then hung up with little tacks.

Bought one of these things from the local Michaels for $10
http://www.michaels.com/artminds-qua...=clock&start=4

mounted the clock mechanism to a DVD. Then double sided taped the DVD to the rotor. Used elmers rubber cement to stick the numbers on the rotor so they could be easily peeled off in the future.

I don't have the coin for an Ojoe "garage" by the motorway as Elton John would say. However, I do have some cool artifacts from the old Esso like the giant plastic outside sign, a bunch of Tiger stuff, some Esso oil drop antiques and a very old NAPA brake safety station cabinet so when it's done I'll post some pics too.

Beautiful garage!

curious about the lift on the tile. Is it mounted on top of the tile? or directly to concrete and then tile installed around it?

Thanks! It stands right on top of the tile. Believe it or not, it does not need to be bolted to the ground. There are caster wheels that can be latched on that allow you to move the lift around if needed.
