Yes, I remember the photos. Posted a year ago in another forum and your facebook page. The engine also had a missing o-ring in the AOS system in the sump which you theorized had caused the scoring.

Hardly justification to declare an endemic engine series flaw.

The Turbo has been using the 9A1 for a number of years. Introduced at the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show. Only the GT3 is new to the game.

Sorry, if a major problem existed, we would have heard by now.
