I have no idea if the 981 even needs it? On my 987 it's awesome!

I think it does. On my almost 3 yr old 981 S the pedal is 'mushy' and travel is too long for my liking. I've flushed/bleed them a number times but that doesn't improve the feel. Braking performance is fine (w/ fresh Endless pads) fine but pedal feel just isn't up to my liking.

Thanks AP99.. Picked up my new Spyder yesterday! I'll have to see how I feel about that pedal.

I am tracking the car...completely stock next weekend. I will report back as well. The pedal feels much firmer than my 987 Spyder.

Hey Craig,

Is it possible for you to get the part number of the master cylinder they used? The 2014 GT3 has a couple of versions of that part. With and without a integrated brake light switch.
