Car Waiting In Port
How long did it take your cars to get cleared from port (or Monroney'd)? The ship carrying my car arrived on the 15th, over a week ago, and I'm curious to know how long it will take to get cleared, and trucked.
Am I in for a 2 week or month long wait (the latter being incredibly ridiculous).
My dealer can't give me any info other than what they get from Porsche, so it's fairly understandable we're both in the dark.

Mine came into port in Georgia and was at my dealer 5 days later in NC. It could have been sooner but they were waiting to fill up the transportation truck. If it's taking longer, they are probably fixing dents and the damage it received on the way over- ha ha, just kidding. Transport delays are common because they don't want to spend one gallon more than they have to delivering the cars to various places. It's worth the wait and post pictures when you get it.

Hell, I'll pay a grand in gas money for them to get it here sooner. I think three cars are sitting there waiting. I'm sure that we'd all pay more for immediate satisfaction!

I would guess that your car arrived in San Diego (Pasha is the stevedore firm) and will be shipped by truck to your dealership. That is the usual port for California cars.
