^Well Porsche claimed that the 987 was about 80% re-designed over the 986. But, I think the Bently or Haynes may assist you in this process.
Put your car on a dry, level surface. Turn on engine and A/C. Look for condensation dripping from bottom of car. This will be your A/C drain tube. Then work backwards to clear the clog. I assume some will drip out, even if clogged.
Get this resolved soon, or else you will have bigger issues like a smelly and moldy system.

I live in a hot humid place in the Gulf Region and drive our 987 in temperatures to 35 Celcius/95 Fahrenheit with the top down. I put the windows up, tilt the vents down, and the a/c on recirculate, with floor and mid level vents in use. It's reasonably comfotable in quite humid conditions. If it's sunny you must wear a lid to protect your noggin!
At higher temperatures, I find it too uncomfortable and put the roof up.
