Stuttgart Trip in July
We are planning a trip to Stuttgart for the 1st week of July.The museum & factory tour are on the top of the list. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to stay or other places to visit in the area? Thank you.

They were recommended by the Porsche Travel Club, and while we were there they hosted some meetings with Porsche corporate guys - LOTS of nice cars parked in their lot while that was going on!
The Mercedes Museum in Stuttgart is also well worth the visit.

How much are you looking to spend on a room, what are you looking for in a room (proximity to city center or closer to Porsche plant)?
The MB museum is very nice as well.

Fly into Frankfurt and rent Porsche at Avis at airport. Call ahead and reserve....
Clerk can tell you details.
Drive Porsche from Frankfurt to Porsche factory.
