How much do they lower the car, and how much stiffer are they?

The springs lower the front 1.4 and the rear 1.2

As far as stiffness, I couldn't tell you exactly but if I would compare them to stock and and a set of coilovers, I would say they are closer to the stock ride. You definately would feel a difference more in the corners and obviously eliminate wheel gap.
