Retrofit OEM bi-xenons?
Can the Porsche OEM bi-xenons be retrofitted into a 987 and/or Cayman? Not aftermarket HID but the Porsche parts. Any idea on cost or difficulty?

Check over on renntech.org , I think someone did it over there. IIRC, he opted to go aftermarket on account of some compatability issue between the xenons and his car, not exactly sure though.

I'm very happy with my aftermarket HID's but I went with a great installer who did it without any cutting. He put resistors in the new circuits so there are no error codes. Just sharp white light and great night driving! The housings work perfectly.
