X51 PowerKit on 981 GT4 or Spyder
Has anyone ever put a Porsche spec X51 Powerkit on a 981 Spyder or GT4? Is this even possible? Love to hear your thoughts.

I know the 30+ hp gain with the 718 is really a lot as Porsche power increments go but that's kids stuff compared to what is possible.

It's probably less than trading in the 981 Spyder for a 718 Spyder. FWIW, my GT4 gained 90 rwhp over stock with the 4l X51 and race headers, the 4.5l is even more..... A lot more... more than I can say, but even the 4.25l dynos >50 rwhp MORE than my car on the same dyno

I'm running the dundon headers, so torque and hp are improved -- but it is not tuned. I'd imagine I'd gain another 30-40 horse with X51 but it would change the power band in a way that's probably not ideal for street. Really would love that new 4.5L! I think the 4.25L made something crazy like 488 to the rear wheels.
