Based on code sticker, not PTS but a $3+K oem “option” and as depicted in factory ‘09 987.2 intro brochure, albeit “base” not “S”.

First post here. Does anybody know how to safely remove the bars on the radiator intakes of a 987.2 BS? If I am going to install grilles I'd like to get into the crooks & nannies of the radiator for a cleaning beforehand w/o having to remove the front end. Not easy with the bars in the way. ty

Default 987.2 bars

Don’t think that’s doable without full bumper removal which Eric’s products don’t require. I used comoressed air and then vacuum nozzle to initially clear out the existing gunk. BTW Eric will hopefully soon have Macan fitments?:-)

Installed the grills on my 987.2 Boxster today. Great product, fits perfectly.

Il vacuumed the radiators with a Shop-Vac first. I discovered a row of radiator fins hidden behind debris at the bottom of the openings! Wow, these grills will be usefull.

For step 3 of the instructions, it wasn't enough to pull on the zip ties to make the grill fit easilly so I used a Allen key as a hook to pull on the grills. It made thnigs so much easier and it saved me time...
