Seems a bit on the high side IMHO... with a couple questionable features/mods.

I wonder if that front bumper air duct is functional, hopefully it’s not just there for the looks.

That interior with those lights reminds me of a disco in Bellevue, Illinois us St. Louis kids used to cross the Mississippi River and drive to on Saturday nights, partially because the drinking age in Missouri at the time was 21 versus 18 in Illinois. But I digress.

I’m a huge fan of the PDK myself, it works fabulously with the Spyder, IMO. I had the option for either, after driving both I went with the PDK and never looked back. I’m still happy with my choice, ymmv.

I'm a huge fan of PDK, and now we can officially brag the highest resale value ever on a Spyder on BAT is PDK....

Right in the middle of the 987 Boxster Spyder production cycle, I decided to investigate the inventory of 2011 Boxster Spyder in inventory at US
dealers. I spent a whole weekend doing extensive research...and documented it all in my first truly exhaustive Rennlist thread ever. I think some
of you interested in this model might find it interesting reading:

Eduardo thank you for your posts and in-depth research, I applaud your efforts. My 2011 was built in April 2010. Artic silver/black, sport seats, A/C, Sound package, PDK, sport chrono. Totally love the car, of course. As a manual guy all my life I was hesitant on PDK, but now I'm convinced in this car with sport chrono and paddles it's unbeatable. I read several threads on value appreciation (I did not buy this car as an investment). I find it interesting, here's the hypothetical: base case: the 911 air-cooled market approximate spike was in 2015 thus a '95 911 was generally in the $70K realm, a big uptick from original price; let's assume 50 year-old folks were buying them (born in 1965 driving at 16, 1981). These folks can drive manual. Now let's fast forward to 2031, the 20 year anniversary of 2011 Spyders. When would the 50 year-old folks have been born? 1981. Driving at 1997. Not likely to be able to drive manual. PDK will be the car of choice.
