FYI I know a dealer here in LB with a highly modified GT4 with 58k on it for the same price.

Fair number of miles, no warranty, non-Porsche dealer so no CPO, and, is it just me or does the leather looks a little faded? And there is no history report on the ad, so unable to know how many owners, accident history, etc.

I find it interesting that 987.2 Spyders are starting to increase yet the 981 Spyders are decreasing... more than likely due to the 718 Spyder debut happening soon. Also the 987.2 Spyder is based off lightweight and the 981 more about power.

That one's been in an accident if I recall.
Edit: yep. accident and maybe inoperable (towed -- date from accident to a battery check at Porsche North Scottsdale was roughly 2 months), not CPO'able (or it would have been at their Porsche store). So there's your $70's. 3 owner car, but first two only accounted for 242 miles. So it's basically been a single owner the entire time.
Mileage impacts for sure but not to this extent.

I don't think 987.2 Spyders are increasing, they're just leveling out, which is typical. 981s are still at an earlier part of the depreciation curve. Over time, the curves will probably look identical for similar mileage cars.
