2009 Cayman S PDK

Just get a PPI done at a place familiar with Porsche's. I recently purchased the same car with 53k miles. The only issue noted, though very minor, was a leak from the oil filter housing. I think it was just a sloppy oil change in the end. I did an oil change myself and purchased a new oil housing and no leaks.
Based on everything I read they're rock solid with no real inherent issues.

A PPI is a must. With that many miles its every service at least once except the PDK gear oil which is 120K or 12 years. PDK clutch fluid and the serpentine drive belt at 60K or 6 years. braunkx listed the other common but not frequent failures. I've got 33K and started DEs in Oct 2017. Had to replace the Air Oil Separator earlier. The PDK clutch fluid is dealer only since it need PIWIS (diagnostic tool) to cycle the shift valves. Everything else can be a DIY. Lots of YouTube videos. Pelican Parts and Suncoast are good all around parts sources. Check to see if the convertible top is inside of the window frames. The elastic inside the top dies and the top gets outside of the frame. Good YouTube on how to fix. My passenger side just started to get outside the frame. If you haven't been to a track day find a local club and track that have a combined one day Safety and Driver's Ed class. A recent brake flush and plenty of front brake pad are the normal requirements plus torquing the wheel lugs and tire pressure. You will need a helmet but most have loaners.
