From a weight perspective, it's too bad the titanium lug sets use a titanium seat washer instead of the alloy one that's found on the stock steel lug nut. Then there would be far more significant weight savings. I bought the black ones from World Motorsport for my Spyder anyway. They're very nicely finished. Looking closely you can see that the ti seat washer is captured on the ti lug shaft by small gouged metal extensions. I'm sure I could find a way to grind off those extensions in order to swap out my alloy seat washers for the ti ones but there's no way I can think of to re-pean those extensions on the ti lug shaft to recapture the seat washer. Maybe someone else has found a way to do this?

Thanks! What's that in pounds? Just kidding! That's 2.87 lb.

I had 10 spare OEMs and just weighed them - 953 g; 1906 g total for 20 or 4.2 lb.

602 g (1.32 lb) savings!

That looks good! Were your original lugs black or silver?
