Does "mostly DE use" hurt a car's value?

Wow, hard to see how a even a track member could log 20k miles on HPDE's. Certainly should be a hit on value in some way, however... they've clearly done some of the right mods - PDK cooler being #1. I'd find out when they did that one - as I'd rather have 20k miles on a PDK cooler car rather than 1,000 on a non-PDK cooled car. Also, if you add the carbon buckets, the price is actually really good. I'm putting a PDK cooler on my Spyder for the 1-2 HPDE's I do a year in it now simply because I think it will truly add to the life of the car.
PDK means you don't have to worry about over-revs, the harnesses are great if you are doing HPDE yourself, make them an offer around $40K and you might have found a smoking deal with mods you might consider to do yourself, all PPI dependent.
