Default 9a1 waterpump gasket question
So i bought a waterpump for my 2.9 9a1 engine boxster. It comes with a very thin gasket. But no gasket that mounts on the holes that bolt up the waterpump to the block. I tried looking up a gasket for a 09 boxster and up and i cant find anything. Is the only gasket the thin one that comes included with the waterpump?

If it’s the same as my 3.8 9a1 the gasket is only an o-ring that sits in a slot. Seals up just fine.

yes ! I found it od that they got rid of the older style gasket
