Convertible top dressing?
What’s the consensus regarding convertible top dressing? I’ve tried lots of products on my Miata’s and nothing seems to stand up to the sun out here in AZ.

RaggTopp. In your climate, you might need to reapply every year.

Ragg Top is what is recommended by the manufacturers.

Raggtopp here too. I clean fabric by thoroughly vacuuming. I apply three light coats out of the wind (in the garage), allowing each coat to dry (back out in the sun) before the next coat. I allow it all then to "cure" in the garage for 24 hours. I think that's pretty close to the instructions on the product.
Here in Chicago area, driving the car year 'round, I treat the top about twice a year. It's holding up pretty well at 14 years and 70,000 miles.

All are very good; RaggTopp, 303, and Porsche's.
Prisoner48, never wash your top (except for the prep stage to accept new protectant) with soap & water. Just water only. Use a sticky tape roller in between washes. This is the best one I've used (buy at Target):

I've never washed my top in 8 years, I've used a sticky roller since new and the top still looks perfect. It's surprising how much dirt gets lifted with those rollers!
