Default 987 2005 Boxster S - where all all the control modules located?

I just picked up a very, very nice 2005 Boxster S 987 with low miles. It took on about 2" of water on the floor. It's having various electrical gremlins, which are to be expected. I've spent all day getting to know the car and become familiar with it and the issues it's having. Issues it's having include:
Reverse lights on all the time
Drivers window goes down but not up
Drivers seat doesn't work fore and aft
Convertible top doesn't work
Rear trunk lid won't open, front one works fine

I'm thinking that some of the many control modules in these cars that I have read about likely got wet. I don't know what they all do, and more importantly I don't know where they are. Can someone please tell me what modules are within range of water that is 2" deep in the car, what they do, and exactly where they are? I would greatly appreciate any information. Thanks very much.
