Default Chipping Brake Rotors

Rear rotor

Front rotor
Anyone have the inside lip of their brake rotors look like this? Almost looks like it is a large chip. One pic is the front right rotor and the other is the back right rotor.

This. Normal removal of material by rotor manufacturer to balance them.
