Default Popping noise from Rear Passenger Side. - Manual 981 CS

Hey guys,
I started getting this popping noise from the rear passenger side of my manual 981 CS about a week ago. I had put on my winter tires a couple of weeks before the noise started happening so my first guess was a loose lug nut. Checked and confirmed that they are all torqued to spec. Took it into my Indy shop and they said some of the rear axle bolts were loose so they torqued them to spec. Problem went away for a little and now its back. It happens intermittently - I may go a couple of days without it and then all of the sudden it will be back and the intensity varies. I noticed that if it is happening and I put the car in neutral, the noise usually stops. It happens when I am driving straight. I took it back to my shop yesterday but of course it wasn't happening when I did so they couldn't diagnose it. Please see the attached link for a video where you can clearly hear the noise https://s.amsu.ng/u2ieaZ51vbUN

Any ideas? Thanks

Interesting. Does it vary with engine rpm or does it vary with wheel speed?

My shop was able to replicate the noise and believe its the rear axle. So that will be replaced along with a transmission flush. We'll see if that fixes the issue
