Zamp Carbon XL helmet for $319
Thought I would let people know. Jegs.com has the RZ4 in XL for $320 today.
I know now they are not Bell US, but a really good deal on an sa2015 carbon helmet with a lot of features for dudes like me with an overweight head.

In my experience Zamp run small, so that XL is likely a L in any other brand. My father is a bit overweight with a relatively fat head. We wound up putting him in an XXL G-Force and still had to cut down the thickness of the cheek pads to fit comfortably.
